ADDING POLICY WATCH TO INDIVIDUAL POLICIES
Establishing thresholds to monitor policy changes such as a change in premium, change in cash value or an address change ensures you don't miss out on new opportunities.

Search for a policy in the Global Search

Search for a policy under the Life Policies link

From Policy Owner profile, Policy overview, click on Add Policy Watch

Select the notification type:

ADDING POLICY WATCH TO POLICY LISTS
Establishing thresholds to monitor specific policy attributes on lists of policies enables you to track and easily monitor large segments of your book.

After you have segmented your policies into meaningful lists, click on the Lists link and find the list you would like to set the notification for.

Using the kebab menu under the Actions column (on the far right) click on Add Policy Watch

Select the notification type:

Beneficiary Change

Cash Value

Address Change

Annual Premium

Face Amount

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Email alerts ensures users are informed about policy events.
Emails are autogenerated by NIC and sent on days you set the notification for.
Once you receive the email, you will have to log into the NIC Distributor app to view the policy you have set the notification for.
IN APP NOTIFICATIONS
In App alerts informs you about new sales and service opportunities and links the user directly to the notification details.

From the top menu bar click on the notifications icon
(the number besides the bell (the notifications icon) indicates the number of notifications waiting for your review)
OTHER NOTIFICATIONS
NIC automatically notifies your Agents regarding when you share new sales opportunities.
NIC automatically notifies your Agents when you share a new document.
NIC automatically notifies you when you receive a message from your Agents.
NIC automatically notifies your Agents when they receive a message from you as well.
